Syfy has renewed 12 Monkeys for a second season. When does the new episodes premiere? The start air date is scheduled for the beginning of 2016.

Television series «12 Monkeys» was launched on the TV at the beginning of the current year and managed to attract more than 1,3 million American viewers. A little later it premiered in the UK, where it also became popular enough.

Critics approved the work of the creators of Terry Matalas and Travis Fickett, which influenced the rights holders’ decision to renew it for Season 2.

According to the official announcement, the premiere date of the new episodes on Syfy is scheduled for the spring of 2016, and more exact terms will be reported about later (UPDATE 1).
