After the final episodes of the fifth season of the series Ripper Street some fans are still looking for the release date of the sixth season. Despite of the numerous announcements from Amazon Prime Instant Video on the closing of the series in 2016, devoted fans demand the renewal from the creators, but probably it is not possible.

The official announcement that there would be not the sixth season of the series Ripper Street was made in the spring 2016, and that decision is not changeable, according to representatives of Amazon Prime Instant Video. The project is ended and the viewers have got a decent finale, so the creators are sure that “mission is accomplished”, and one more season would be superfluous.

Remind that Amazon Prime Instant Video representatives saved project from closure after the second season in 2013. After that, the viewers were given three full seasons (21 episodes), for which we should thank right holders.

We hope to see the cast of the show soon in the new television projects; well, Ripper Street will remain forever in our hearts!
