Cedars Cove is a truly traditional show yet, a warm family series with values; so rare to see in this new age of “freedom of expression”!

Can’t wait for Season 3 and I hope there are many more after that!

Why is it necessary to have Olivia sleep with another man than her long time boyfriend?? Cedar Cove is supposed to be a family show and why tarnish Olivia’s reputation as a Judge? Is sex so important that everyone has to be tainted??

I agree. I was VERY disappointed with this change for TV. Note: it’s not in the book, and like they often say, books are usually better. Somebody tell Hallmark that statistics also indicate that people who move in together without first being married, often don’t end up marrying, ever. It’s a “don’t put the carriage before the horse” kind of thing. I’m not sure if I want to contine watching the series. On another note, I like the new DA, even ‘tho he’s not an original character from the book. I actually like him better than Jack, whose character seems to have been written down for the tv show.
