When will Divorce season 2 premiere? Are you waiting for the premiere date in 2017? Is the series renewed by HBO?

In the fall 2016 it was started a new HBO series Divorce with Sarah Jessica Parker in the main role. New TV project has been dubbed a continuation of “Sex and the City”, where a fairy-tale love story follows the inevitable disappointment in the family life and protracted divorce proceedings.

In fact, the viewers will watch a completely different story, where there is no place for Carrie Bradshaw and her girlfriends. This is a series of affairs, ruined dreams and wrong decisions. Despite of the fact that the creators of the series show it as a comedy about family life, there is a fairly pessimistic outlook on love and marriage.

The series already has about 1 million fans, which increases the chances of getting the money to create a second season, experts believe. HBO representatives do not deny that the project is designed for a few seasons, but further production depends on the rating.

The participation in the series of famous actors should have a positive impact on its fate, so the second season of Divorce should be! HBO, do not let us down!

UPDATE 1 (Nov.15, 2016): HBO has renewed “Divorce” for a second season.

UPDATE 2 (October 3, 2017): Season 2 of the HBO comedy Divorce will premiere in January 2018.
