Key & Peele season 6?

Will there be Key & Peele season 6? What about the new episodes premiere? We want to know the start date on Comedy Central in 2016.

Each season of Key & Peele television series caused a lot of discussions on the Internet and numerous fans kept supporting this joint project of Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. These guys proved they could make funny sketch-comedies, as their project was nominated for the prestigious movie awards for several times.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and the television series Key & Peele should end its run on Comedy Central. According the the official announcement, which dates back to July 25, the fifth season of the show will be the last one and we shouldn’t expect the continuation of a story.

A comedian Keegan-Michael Key reported that the decision not to renew the show for Season 6 was made by the creators, not by the channel, as now they together with Jordan Peele want to try themselves in the new projects, both joint and separate. All the episodes have already been produced, and the premiere date of the final one is scheduled for September 2015. After that the show gets the status “ended”.

So maybe it is necessary to shoot a movie after all?
