TV series NCIS again proved that it is a popular project and it is too early to discuss its closing. The high rating of the show does not give a right to the CBS representatives to close it in 2016, so it was decided to renew NCIS for two more seasons.

Thus, the 14th season will start in September 2016 and the date of the premiere of the 15th season is appointed to the fall of 2017.

Glenn Geller, President, CBS Entertainment, in an interview said he was very proud of this show, because the number of its episodes was already more than 300, and the popularity was still very high. It is known that Mark Harmon renewed for two years his contract with the CBS, and for the 14th season of NCIS is aiming to add two series regulars.
