The Event season 2

Are you still waiting for Season 2 of The Event series? What about the release date? NBC canceled the series after one season.

NBC’s representatives will not announce the fans of the series The Event the release date of the second season. In May 2011 the channel canceled the project, arguing that step with a low rating.

Well, the creators were forced to look for a “new house” for the series and in a few weeks it became known that there were discussions with SyFy and Netflix. Prolonged debate did not lead to a positive result and the producer Steve Stark was forced to inform the fans that in the near future there wouldn’t be a second season of The Event.

Do not we ever hear the release date for new episodes? We hope that the creator Nick Wauters will keep his promise and will provide in the near future the renewal of this amazing story. Nick in one of his interviews said that the series had loyal fans, so everything possible would be done to renew the storyline.
