Unfortunately, the series The Grinder could not become the most popular project among the “newcomers” on Fox in 2016.

Despite of the fact that the number of episodes for its first season was increased to 22 and experts have put high ratings on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic, the number of viewers has fallen below 1.6 million people. Such indicators are not encouraging right holders, as the first two episodes have collected more than 3.1 million people.

The critics now are not so sure of the renewal for the second season, as it was before, but still there are rumors that put an end to the project is early.
