The sequel of the television series “Transformers: Prime” was named “Transformers: Robots in Disguise” and debuted on Cartoon Network in March 2015. The first season comprised 26 episodes and was watched by about 700 people in the USA.

The renewal of the show for Season 2 took place before its TV release, which proves the creators’ confidence in the project’s success. It was confirmed that the new season wouldn’t have 26 as it had been planned earlier, but only 19, which would reduce the television viewers’ chances to see the third season.

Also, the contractual agreement of the executive producer Jeff Kline with Hasbro Studio expires in December 2015.
