CSI Cyber season 3 ?

Will there be CSI Cyber season 3? We are waiting for the new episodes’ start! What about the premiere date in 2016 on CBS?

There is already nearly full list of the CBS TV series, which renewed for the new season. Of course, on May 25, 2016 the network representatives provided only those “lucky”, which renewal was almost not discussed, but there are still projects that can be financed.

For example, the CSI Cyber show has not yet received a “green light” to create the new episodes, but the chances of Season 3 still remain, though small. Will the last of the franchise leave CBS aired?

The finale of the second season was watched by slightly more than 6 million Americans and experts believe this is hardly enough for the renewal. On the other hand, it has been a long time, and there is not the official announcement about the closure of the show.

UPDATE 1 (May 12, 2016): CBS has cancelled CSI: Cyber after two low-rated seasons.
