When will Dark Matter season 3 start? The series was renewed for a third season, which is set to premiere in 2017.

The TV series Dark Matter remains on TV channel SyFy for one more year. An official decision about the renewal of the project for a third season was announced on the first day of autumn 2016, before the airing of the final episode of the second season.

Such a step from the rights holders was quite obvious and it was not a surprise to critics. Great support from the fans and the stable rating provided to the project Dark Matter financing for new episodes, noted on SyFy, so it made no sense to keep this news about the renewal of the show.

Thus, on June 9, 2017 we are waiting for the premiere of the third season of this sci-fi television series and, as it is expected, the viewers will watch again 13 new episodes.
