Portlandia series was renewed for a season 5 with start air in January 2015. We know the exact premiere date on IFC. The new episodes coming!

The exact air date for the return of «Portlandia» television series on IFC has been announced.

According to the official announcement, the start date of season 5 of the show is scheduled for January 8, 2015.

It should be mentioned, that 10 new episodes have been financed – the same number as in the previous year. The screenwriters promised the plot would be very interesting with the decent comic scenes.

IFC management kept its word and gave the show its usual airtime – Thursday (10/9c).
