Een klasse champagne met mineraliteit! Een ‘blanc de blancs’ van 100% Chardonnay druiven. Deze champagne heeft een levendige strogele kleur. Met een zacht mondgevoel en smaken van citrusfruit, brioche, amandelen en heel in de verte wat honing. Elegant, met een fijne ronde mousse en een uitzonderlijke lengte. Door zijn karakter is dit de ideale champagne om bij een brunch, lunch of ander eetmoment in te zetten. Zijn mineralen combineren geweldig met zeeschelpen en gegrilde of gestoomde visgerechten. Ook lekker bij een verse witte sandwich met gerookte zalm, een gekookte kreeft, een rauwe oester, zeebrasem of tempura met garnalen.

In tegenstelling tot non vintage champagnes, worden vintage champagnes gemaakt van druiven uit één oogstjaar. Ze worden alleen geproduceerd in jaren waarin de oogst uitzonderlijk goed van kwaliteit is.
