Ghee: Ghee is geklaarde boter waarbij de eiwitten zouten en een groot deel van het vocht zijn verwijderd. Ghee wordt al eeuwen gebruikt in India en is een belangrijk ingrediënt in de Ayurvedische keuken. Ghee is geschikt voor mensen die gevoelig zijn voor lactose en is net als onze koudgeperste kokosolie een ideale kookolie.
