Dose:
1 level scoop (8g) once daily in 1250ml water, consume immediately

Not great
I bought these pillows based on customer reviews. I got them and let them poof out after opening... But they are awful. They're soft but there's nothing to them. Very flat and not supportive. I'm literally buying different pillows tomorrow.
