The Limited Edition American Professional II Telecaster Thinline in Transparent Daphne Blue is built with a semi-hollow ash body, delivering the class Tele twang but with a touch of resonance that isn't common to the identifiable solid-bodied tone. The finish, a stunning Transparent Daphne Blue, allows the natural beauty of the wood grain to show through just enough that it's noticeable.
A deep "C"-shaped neck profile is accentuated by smoothly rolled fingerboard edges, making this guitar a comfortable one for the fretting hand to play. The maple neck boasts a fingerboard of the same material, topped by 22 Narrow-Tall frets and black dot inlays.
V-Mod II single-coil Telecaster pickups make this Thinline sing, helping this beautiful instrument deliver tones with the signature twang, snap, and snarl that made the Telecaster famous, with a touch more resonance. Master volume and tone controls allow for precise tonal shaping, while a 3-position blade switch offers versatility in pickup configurations.
Hardware features include a 3-Saddle top-load/string-through tele bridge with compensated brass “Bullet” saddles, and Fender standard cast/sealed staggered tuning machines, all finished in chrome. This instrument comes with a deluxe molded hard case.
