| Is this a drop-in grill for an existing outdoor kitchen? |
| Yes. The KoKoMo 32" Elite is designed as a built-in unit that drops into a standard outdoor kitchen cutout. The cutout dimensions are 30⅞"W × 8⅝"H × 21¼"D. Verify these against your island or frame before ordering. |
| What's the difference between the Elite and the Professional? |
| The Elite has a squared, modern hood design and 60,000 BTU total output. The Professional features a polished rounded hood and 72,000 BTU. Both use the same 304 stainless steel construction, same cooking surface, and same lifetime warranty. The Elite is $500 less — ideal if the contemporary aesthetic fits your kitchen and you don't need maximum BTU output. |
| Can I choose between natural gas and propane? |
| Yes. Available in both Liquid Propane and Natural Gas. Select your fuel type before adding to cart. |
| What does the lifetime warranty cover? |
| The lifetime warranty covers the grill housing and hood. Burners and cooking grates: 10 years. All other parts: 2 years. Accessories: 30 days. |
| What is 304 stainless steel and why does it matter? |
| 304 stainless is the industry standard for outdoor cooking equipment. It resists corrosion, handles high heat, and won't rust — unlike lower-grade 430 stainless, especially in humid or coastal climates. |
| How long does shipping take? |
| Typically 7–10 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships. |
| Do I need a professional to install this grill? |
| Gas line connections must be performed by a licensed professional. The grill itself drops into the cutout, but connecting to a gas supply requires a qualified installer. |

Shipping is a flat fee based on the product to lower 48 US states. For LTL shipments, we offer curbside delivery which is Standard Freight.
Refund & Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the components within your purchase and they are not considered a “special order”, you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be credited (less 30% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges incurred) upon arrival, and inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse. The shipping charges to return the item(s) to us will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to the return. Any “manufactured” orders, “floor models” and/or “Dent and Scratch” items are exempt from our Return policies as these are all final sales and items and are not returnable. All items authorized for return must be in salable condition. Merchandise must be in its original box. Merchandise must be unused. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the consumer at the consumer’s expense.
The consumer, upon receiving possession of the Goods, shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods to determine that all or a portion of the Goods are non-conforming, must provide written notification on the contract or delivery installation receipt and it must be signed by both parties. It is the consumer’s responsibility to make sure that no damage has occurred, prior to signing for your delivery. The consumer will have 24 hours from receipt of Goods to notify Gametabledirect in writing. Failure to do so will hold Gametabledirect harmless of any claims. If excessive damage has occurred, the Goods should be refused at time of delivery or shipping attempt. We will send any parts required for documented freight damage. It is the consumer’s responsibility to return any defective/damaged part(s) to Gametabledirect. In order to ensure the return of defective/damaged part(s), the consumer will be charged. Once the consumer signs for delivery or shipment, the Goods become your property and any repairs or replacements requested beyond the stated timeframe without written notification will be the consumer’s responsibility.

You can extend your protection with an in-home warranty for $500, available at the time of registration. This must be added within 30 days of purchase and offers full in-home service coverage for added peace of mind.
