When will Adventure Time season 7 be released on Cartoon Network? What about the exact premiere date in 2015? Let’s wait the start!

Animated television series Adventure Time premiered in January 2007, when its pilot episode was broadcast. The start of the complete first season took place in April 2010, and it became clear that the show would remain on air for a long time.

The plot follows the adventures of a little boy Finn and his friend – dog Jake, who has magical powers in post-apocalyptic world, called Lands of Ooo. The action takes place on Earth after the nuclear war. After the war only half of planet survived, surviving humans mutated and magic came into the world. As a child, Finn promised to help everybody, who got into trouble, and now he together with Jake is looking for the adventures, saving the residents of the surrounding lands. Each episode has a separate storyline, with no connection to the others.

Show has been created by Pendleton Ward and produced by Frederator Studios and Cartoon Network Studios for Cartoon Network. At the moment the sixth season has been over and the number of broadcast episodes comprises 200 (including pilot episode). The rights holders believe in further success of the show, that’s why they have announced about its renewal for Season 7 already last year. The premiere date of the new episodes is scheduled for the fall of 2015, but exact data are still unknown.

Besides, on July 7, 2015 it was announced that the show was renewed for Season 8 with the premiere in 2016. Let’s wait for the new information from Cartoon Network, supporting the show in comments!
