Clarence season 2 premiere date

Will there be Clarence season 2? The show had been renewed for a second season. We are waiting for the exact premiere start date in 2015-2016!

The pilot episode of Clarence television series was broadcast in February last year. It got positive response of critics and was even nominated for Creative Arts Emmy Award. Such a warm welcome gave reasons for Cartoon Network to order a complete season of the given show, which premiered in April 2014. 52 episodes were financed, each of which lasted about 11 minutes.

The plot is based on the story of boy Clarence – optimistic, cheerful child, freshman, who tries to make friends with his classmates. He arranges a big party at his home, having invited all his classmates and gets friends soon. These are Jeff and Sumo, who are taught by the main character of the cartoon how to have fun, as Clarence is one of those kids, with whom you never get bored!

Skyler Page developed the show, and Cartoon Network Studios is responsible for the production. At the moment the show is broadcast not only in the USA (about 1.5 million fans), but also in Canada and Great Britain, where it started its run in the fall of last year. Experts’ reviews are still positive, and Mercedes Milligan in Animation Magazine even described a project as “a breath of fresh suburban air”, which again proved its success.

All this contributed to the renewal of the show Clarence for Season 2 on July 7, which was scheduled for 2015-2016 TV-season. The exact premiere date of the continuation is still unknown, but we’re following the rights holders’ announcements.
