Do you like the Gotham series? It was renewed for a third season! We know already the premiere date in 2016 on FOX!

The second season of the series Gotham has become less successful than the first, but it did not prevent it to get financing for new 22 episodes.

The official announcement of the renewal of the show for the third season was made on March 16, 2016 and Gotham became one of the first projects that had a place in the Fox television broadcast for the season 2016/2017.

At the moment, there is an information that the renewal of the story based on the comic book series of the publishing DC Comics will start in September 19, 2016 (there is still no the exact premiere date), and the work for writing the story is almost completed.

Bruno Heller is responsible for the production of the third season. He renewed his contract with Fox on this project for another one year.
