Training Day season 2

Will there be Training Day season 2? Are you looking for the premiere date on CBS? We want to know more about the release!

Does it make sense to make the 2nd season of the show Training Day? Apparently, the release date of new episodes will not be made publically.

Death of actor Bill Paxton from complications after undergoing surgery was a real surprise for the fans. Many of them did not even know what health problems have the actor. Well, at the moment we only know that the shooting of the first season has been completed in December 2016, so that all 13 episodes will be released on CBS.

If right holders still decide to renew the series Training Day for the second season, the replacement for the role of Detective Frank Roarke nobody will look for, saysWill Beall, the creator of the CBS crime series, and executive producer Barry Schindel. They are ready to make amendments to the plot, but the replacement of the main actor will not be exactly.

By the way, the series rating has fallen to a mark 0.6 and the number of fans has been reduced to 3.6 million people, so the chances for the renewal are not so high. We are waiting for the announcement from CBS.

UPDATE 1 (March 10, 2017): Training Day cop procedural is moving to Saturday nights at 9/8c. It’s definitely bad news for anyone holding out hope for Season 2.

UPDATE 2 (May 17, 2017): Training Day was cancelled after one season by CBS.
