The channel TNT has added to its summer airwaves new crime drama. The series is called Animal Kingdom, and is an adaptation of the eponymous Australian film 2010.

The project soon attracted the attention of more than 1.3 million viewers and received positive reviews from critics, but some experts said that only thanks to Ellen Barkin the show has such a success. Of course, bringing to the project such a famous actress, the right holders hoped for positive results and approval of their series, so it’s not worth to criticize.

The decision about the renewal of the show for season 2 is still not decided (UPDATE 1), but the TNT channel representatives have no intention to delay the response. We follow the news…
