When will BoJack Horseman season 3 be released? The show was renewed for a third season, set to premiere in 2016.

Netflix television series BoJack Horseman debuted in August 2014 and got mixed critics’ reviews. After the premiere of the second season in July 2015, the experts noted that this time the animation comedy deserved to be praised, and Marc Snetiker from Entertainment Weekly even said that “BoJack has become one of TV’s best meta-skewers of Hollywood”.

Such a success allowed the rights holders plan the ordering of the new episodes and already on July 28 the renewal of the project for Season 3 was officially announced. The release of the new episodes on Netflix is scheduled for summer 2016 and the rights holders aren’t ready to announce the exact terms of show return.

The plot follows the story of fallen star of show business, an anthropomorphic horse BoJack, which is experiencing a midlife crisis. The Tornante Company and ShadowMachine Films are developing the project, and Raphael Bob-Waksberg is a director.
