DirecTV announced that the Kingdom series was renewed for a season 2. When does the new episodes come out on TV in 2015? Start date coming!

Just after the broadcast of the second episode of «Kingdom» television series, the rights holders decided to renew the MMA-drama for season 2.

This time, 20 episodes are to be financed, 10 of which will be broadcast by Audience Network in 2015 and the rest – in 2016.

The exact premiere air date of the new episodes is still being discussed (UPDATE 1), but we’re following the updates and will inform you about the date of premiere of the second season as soon as it is announced.

DirecTV management confirmed that the filming process of the new episodes starts in spring 2015.

UPDATE 1 (August 9, 2015): Season 2 of Kingdom will premiere Wednesday, October 14, 2015 (at 9/8c) on the DirecTV.

UPDATE 2 (March 2, 2016): Kingdom will return for Season 2B on June 1, 2016 (at 9/8c).
