Will there be Lucifer season 2? Do you want to know the start date of the second season on Fox in 2017?

The creator Tom Kapinos introduced to the Fox Channel’s viewers a rather unusual series called “Lucifer“. The plot is about the eccentric king of demons, who decides to visit LA in search of adventure.

Further events are unfolding so that Lucifer becomes a consultant of Los Angeles police, and to reveal cases he uses his special skills.

Unfortunately, the project couldn’t demonstrate a high rating, so there was not a quick renewal of the second season. The resentment of some organizations about the fact that Lucifer in the series is shown from a good side, can generally leave the viewers without a second season, but there is still not a final decision (UPDATE 1) from Fox.

UPDATE 2 (October 31, 2016): FOX has ordered an additional nine episodes of the Lucifer series, bring its Season 2 total to 22 episodes.
