New Girl season 5: start date (2015)

New Girl was renewed for a fifth season. When will the new episodes come out on Fox in 2015? We know the premiere date! Let’s wait for the start together!

FOX sitcom «New Girl» got the airtime for one more year. The rights holders confirmed the show to be renewed for Season 5 and the development of the «fresh» episodes is already underway.

Such haste can be explained by the pregnancy of the actress Zooey Deschanel, who will be on maternity leave soon. According to the plot, the main heroine isn’t pregnant, that’s why Zooey is forced to start shooting earlier to avoid «her growing baby bump».

As for the start date of Season 5, it is scheduled for September 2015 (UPDATE 1).
