Despite the huge success of Peter Jackson’s trilogy «The Hobbit» as well as an impressive box office, part 4 won’t be filmed. The world recognition of the given franchise and the exciting reviews of the critics ensure its phenomenal success and a decent profit in case of its renewal, experts say.

These facts cannot influence the New Line Cinema decision, as initially the plot has been divided into three parts and the rights holders aren’t going to make the extra film simply to get money.

Obviously, the audience won’t come to hear the release date of «The Hobbit 4» movie, as the creators are guided by the common sense rather than by a desire for enrichment.
