Should we wait for The Mysteries of Laura Season 2? NBC renewed the show for a new season of 13 episodes. What about the premiere (start) date in 2015?

The television series «The Mysteries of Laura» couldn’t be suggested as one of the most successful TV-projects of NBC, as after a few episodes it was criticised by the experts and didn’t manage to keep its ratings high. Despite that fact, the television series was renewed for Season 2, but this time only 13 episodes were ordered.

The creators claim that now the focus will be on crime-procedural aspect, and the less attention will be given to Laura’s personal life. Such step should have a positive impact on the show success, according to the rights holders. But will it really be like this?

The premiere date of the new episodes is confirmed to be scheduled for September 23, 2015 (8 pm), and the show will be transmitted on Wednesdays.

Season 2B (episode 9) start (Return Date) – [January 6, 2016]

We hope for the high ratings and a decent storyline!

UPDATE 1 (Nov.9, 2015): NBC ordered three additional episodes for the second season.

UPDATE 2 (May 14, 2016) NBC has cancelled The Mysteries of Laura after two seasons.
