I can’t believe we have to wait until SUMMER of 2015!!!! That’s the problem with a lot of the shows lately, it’s months or sometimes a year between “seasons”. They need to find a way to shorten that time period. I enjoyed this show and look forward to a second season, if I remember it’s coming back on!!

I thought the Strain was entertaining. I am glad they renewed another season. Seems that the few shows I enjoyed were or did get cancelled. Strain(renewed), Dallas(cancelled), Longmire(cancelled).

what amazed me was this shows incredible luck/coincidence????????? to premiere at exactly the same time as the US experienced its first ebola scare over treatment of infected people arriving on airplanes from other countries ….. and the subsequent irrational fear experienced when others treating them had to be quarantined after they showed signs of infection ………. and the strain logo to likeness of ebola virus under a microscope…… lol

Excellent show . About time a real vampire story. The fact that it is based on a virus is even more of a plus … Looking forward to the new season . I want to read the novels as well . I hear the trilogy is superb. …
