Great financial income, received by Paramout Pictures Corporation after its «Transformers 3» movie had been released, made Michael Bay create the continuation of the given story.

Project has been already launched as well as the official release date for the «Transformers 4» movie has already been announced. Although the storyline of the movie is still unknown, according to the film director, the official premiere will take place on June 27, 2014.
