Into the Badlands season 2 premiere date

Will there be Into the Badlands season 2? We want to know the premiere date of the second season on AMC. Let’s wait for the start in 2016!

Last year in summer AMC ordered six episodes of the new show Into the Badlands. Its plot focuses on the classic Chinese tale “Journey to the West”, which tells about a warrior and a boy, who travel through dangerous lands, looking for the serenity.

On the American television the show premiered in November 2015 and attracted the attention of about 6.4 million people. Unfortunately, the project didn’t manage to keep its fans and after the release of the 4th episode, the statistics showed the series lost 4 million viewers.

The scores on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic also aren’t encouraging (4.6/10, 54/100). Of course, it all questions ordering of Season 2, but we hope for the best.
