A great success of Season 4 of the given television series, which had ended on April 2, resulted into ordering of new episodes. FX TV channel management confirmed 13 episodes of Season 5 of «Justified» show to be already financed. The premiere date for the first episode has been already announced: January 7, 2014.

Graham Yost, the producer, told that the key points of the storyline, which would be crucial for Season 5 development, had been already created.
