When will Shadowhunters season 2 premiere? The series had been renewed for a second season! What about the exact start date in 2017?

In January this year on the Freeform channel started a new series based on The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. It is called Shadowhunters, and Ed Decter is responsible for the development.

Despite of the mixed reviews from critics and a small audience of fans (about 1 million), the show was able to obtain a renewal for Season 2, with which we congratulate it. Some experts are not sure of such a rapid decision from the Freeform representatives, but only fans feel relief.

A modern TV often presents “surprises” and cancels the series without even giving them a chance to prove itself, but fortunately, we’ll see Shadowhunters in the next year. By the way, the start date of the new episodes is appointed to January 2, 2017 (will be updated).
