The last year the CBS representatives shocked both viewers and critics with the renewal of «The Big Bang Theory» series for three seasons at a time. Such a decision couldn’t be suggested spontaneous, as the rights holders are totally confident in the TV-project success and it keeps its auditory for several years already.

It’s not a secret, that any show is on the TV as long as it is profitable, that’s why there is no need to worry about the fate of the show of Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady in the nearest future.

Generally, at the moment it is known that the start date of Season 9 of «The Big Bang Theory» show is scheduled for September 21, 2015 (Monday, 8 pm), but the exact terms of the premiere is still being awaited. Follow the news!

UPDATE 1 (March 1, 2016): The show has just been renewed for its 10th season on CBS.
