The excellent start of the second season of «The Following» television series gives it the chances to be renewed for the new season.

The first episode has been watched by more than 11 million Americans, and critics agreed the given television drama should be continued and remain on Fox for one more year.

The creators had analyzed the situation and made an official announcement already on March, 7: the project is renewed for season 3 (15 episodes), and the premiere air date is scheduled for 2015.
