Is there money for creating the 3rd season of the series Vice Principals or we should not wait for the release date in 2018?

The right holders do not intend to produce new episodes, despite of the numerous requests from fans to renew the show. Unfortunately, we have the final confirmation from the HBO representatives that the 3rd season for Vice Principals is not planned, so it will be not its returning on this channel.

It is fair to note that the series could not demonstrate a high rating, so financing for the new season was not approved. Each new episode collected less and less viewers, and at the moment of writing this article the figure was at the level of 600 thousand people.

The right holders decided that this was not enough to keep the show afloat, as some more popular TV shows claimed on airtime. What do you think about this and is the decision from HBO fair? We are waiting for the answer in the comments.
