When will Dead of Summer season 2 start? We are waiting for the exact premiere date on Freeform in 2017! Is the series renewed?

In the summer 2016 a new series in the genre of horror started on Freeform channel. We are talking about the project Dead of Summer, in the creation of which it is engaged well-known experts like Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz and Ian Goldberg.

The first impression of the critics was mixed. Some experts, such as Molly Freeman of ScreenRant, gave a positive grade to the project, but there were those that were dissatisfied with neitherthe implementation of the plot nora playing of some actors.

The premiere of the first series was being watched by 630,000 viewers, and at the end of debut season, this figure fell to 400 thousand.

Will the series Dead of Summer get a renewal for the season 2 at such rating? We are waiting for a decision from Freeform!
