CBS renewed few shows, including season 12 of «Two and a Half Men»! TV series has at least one more year. We know premiere air date for new episodes in 2014.

TV-channel: CBS
Pilot episode: September 22, 2003
Creators: Chuck Lorre, Lee Aronsohn

Season 1 Episode 1: 18.44 million U.S. viewers

Season 11 Episode 1: 11.59 million U.S. viewers

Undoubtedly, the CBS television project «Two and a Half Men» deserves to be «a long-liver», as it has survived the replacement of the main actor and recently even the mentioned «half man».

As we know, the current season was filmed without Angus T. Jones, which made the amount of its fans decrease. In the middle of the last season the sitcom was watched by 13,35 million Americans and now this amount comprises only 8,54 million people.

Despite that fact, the rights holders decided to renew the show «Two and a Half Men» for complete season 12, which premiere date is already scheduled for October 30, 2014.

CBS renewed Two and a Half Men in spite of lousy ratings because it’s one of the most acclaimed shows on the air. If it was all about ratings Two and a Half Men would have cancelled a long time ago.

I watched Two & a Half Men since it started with Charlie & was a fan up until the first season with Ashton Cutcher, the first part of that season was good, the other half was awful. I would have been fine if they cancelled it back because it is nowhere near as funny. Lately, it is more interesting with the love affairs surrounding Alan & Walden but otherwise, I hope the 12th season will be the last but with a big sendoff.
